Now, that's what I'm talking about! Nice! Thanks for sharing! Edited: (I didn't mention it when I posted them but I believe both of my 1807s are O-112 (R1). This variety has the "50 C over the inverted 5" (or "50 over 20" as some say..). And my lower and bqcoins' appear to both be O-101s (R1). The clipped end of the number 13 star is a dead giveaway! (13 is the bottom star on the right. The stars number 1-13 from lower left up and over the bust to the bottom right.) And the obverse die cracks are identical (though bqcoins' 1808/7 is a later minting). Just FYI!

Very nice, both of you. I missed the 1807 day (but I don't think I have any left anyway). I will try to keep abreast of things starting now. edited to add: Forgot to mention this one is O-102 (R-5). The O-book (which I am having less and less faith in every day) says that this is a big die chip or die break. I really don't think that I have ever been confused between a break and a chip. Looks more like something else to me, so I'll have to dig out the coin and check this out further.

Here is another R-5....It is O-112. Identifiers are on the reverse in the form of lumps between E and S in states, and under M and E in America. Eagle's right wing is normally smooth and void of detail. Unfortunately someone chose this coin to express their creativity on.

This one is O-109b (R-4) identifiable by the heavy crack on the reverse through America and culminating in breaks at the arrowheads.

Here is another R-4......it is O-107a......identifiable by the break up of the die on the obverse behind Liberty's head, and several rows of milling (denticle) impressions on the reverse (caused by a tilted die) in and under America and into the arrowheads. Each row consists of 14-17 segments (though probably not visible in the scan).

That is an easy one Moe..... it is O-102 (R-1). The identifier is the row of denticle clash marks above the eagle's head. Nice one, it is among my favorite 1809s.
