So far I have purchased only raw coins so I haven't been presented with this decision yet. However, if one purchased a slabbed coin and took many quality pictures of the coin while in the slab showing all the imperfections, etc. that would aid in identifying that coin, keep the certification label and then crack the coin out, would that make any difference?
