Hey kids, something to contemplate while we .

While I was out a picked up a run of Charlton catalogs from 1960-1968 (less 1967) for $1 each. I had to save them! If any of you would like to have one for old school's sake - let me know.

The 1963 is mine, though (that's my birthyear - safecrackers would know this already).

There was also an old Whitman publication authored by R.S. Yeoman from 1974 that I couldn't pass up for $3.
Are those Krause numbers listed in there?

I believe the Yeoman numbers are different from the KM#, but don't quote me on that.

And I would love to pick up at least one of those books. MY birth year would be cool.
Have you looked through them to see what was highlighted each year?

Not sure what you mean by highlighted. These are all really small blue books about 125 pages each.

The Charlton books I have use at least that amount of pages just to highlight one type of coins. Maybe not the same as I have. But I would still like to put dibs on that one year if it is available.

Yes, 62, they look cool. And if there are any oters left over I'll take those too. Not looking to be greedy, but just don't dispose of them. I'll take which ever ones no-one else wants.

LOL! I didn't buy them to dispose of them!

What did you think I was going to do with them? Stand outside your embassy and light them on fire?

Any remaining books would have ended up on my bookshelf.

The '62 is yours!

We'll work something out after everyone has chimed in.

I'll split the balance with you.
