That American Eagle looks like it had a few bad minutes one day. I am quite certain it was done intentionally, at least that is my humble opinion.

the only one I feel is creditable is pcgs as most people recognize them and there considered the gold standard for grading

I agree with it being intentional too, I can't see how a year will do that to a coin. I should have gotten a pic of the back side. It has a little spot on it that looked like the front then the rest was normal.
