Rule 1: First perform any calculations inside parentheses.
Rule 2: Next perform all multiplications and divisions, working from left to right.
Rule 3: Lastly, perform all additions and subtractions, working from left to right.

using this convention all caluations are done left to right within the (). since all are multiplication or division, you take them as you get them, there is no dviding by zero

I see, when you use "fraction bar" (or vinculum) it does grouping, with ÷ symbol it makes it OK.

Ok, I will not post any further on this subject after this. I will not place any more equations as responses.

My line of thinking as I had learned math 40 some years ago is as follows. Apparrently my memory is worse than I had thought.
Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding.

x=468 ÷ 12*7 ÷ 49*0
x=39 *7 ÷ 49*0
x=3.25*7 ÷ 49*0
x=22.75 ÷ 49*0
x=.4643*0
x=0

Edit: Ok, so I messed up the math, but you get the point. I'm too busy eating dounts to bother fixing it.

I used Excel to calculate your equations and it didn't seem to have any problems with them.

so if we don't get formulas maybe we could get the answers encrypted using moe's northern twisting rapper method. That should only take us a month to figure out each one. That should give you plenty of time this evening rikcando to be gone at least those 2 hours!
