It has to do with calling the dog. Lassie came right in, but Rin Tin Tin was a bugger to call.

Close! It has to do with sound and name recognition. Two syllables, especially two distinctly different sounding syllables, is easist for the dog to learn and associate as being...IT.

Great names! Keep 'em coming! I can tell you now that the prize will either be a Walker, a Morgan or a Peace dollar. I like an awful lot of these names...and so far there are two of them that I like a LOT....! Oh...and Moe145...ENOUGHY!
