1810 Classic Head Large Cent This coin is part 2 of my "Large Cents on a Budget purchase". It's seen some wear but has corrosion-free surfaces, which is tough to find on this particular series.

This is a great thread, really loving everyone's coins.. Worn or not it would be awesome just to be able to have and hold coins that are 200+ years old!!

Quote: And now one of the toughies to find in decent shape. Ain't that the truth! (Though Jaobler's 1814 looks to be in "decent shape"!!) 1810 (over 09) Large Cent

I agree, the classic head Large Cent was the hardest coin to find so far for the album. When you find a nice one you better be prepared to pay for it, especially in AU+ problem free grades

Here's my Classic Head - an 1810 and very worn. First it's hard to find a nice one and then so difficult to pay the going price!
