devilsbite Valued Member United States 86 Posts	Posted 05/22/2013 7:06 pm I've been keen to take advantage of silver's recent downturn and was trolling ebay this weekend. I found a 2007 Little Rock UNC dollar with a low bid, I tracked it and manually snipped it for less than $25 all in!! Just arrived today and it is a beauty! I'm stunned that I got a nice modern silver commem in OGP for less than $25. And one that I've really really wanted to boot! I'll get to photos when the weather clears. Report this Post to the Staff

Awesome set Muddler, I'd like to get the whole series as well, both UNC's and proofs. Probably the UNC's first, as I love the look of them. steelheadwill Valued Member United States 57 Posts	Posted 11/03/2013 3:15 pm Great Thread Muddler, I really like the 06 Franklin, a fan of his work I have a few pieces bearing his 'Mind your Business/Sundial' imagery, gotta get one of those issues. I looked through what I have and can add some Dollar coin images. I'm wondering what is the reasoning was behind the headless Olympians featured on the '84s was? I find no explanation for this anywhere. Here's 1983 Oly's S and D, these came from three coin sets I purchased mainly for the 10d golds, I only now see that apparently someone switched out an S with the D, I'll take it, only 174k 84s came out of Denver. Have acquired direct from the mint the prior 4 years (?) of UNC silver dollar commemorative ... not sure how back that goes as all are in safe boxes. Suppose I am setting the stage to someday tackle this series ... I am a known fan of commemorative coins. Great photos and sharing by all ....
