Mister Gary! You have completely made the 3 Cent-Silver thread!  Thank you for posting all those amazing 3 centers! I knew there were 3 Cent Silver collectors out there! (Maybe now they'll be more? ...Me included!) |

After seeing these, I want to get some 3cent Silvers so bad now. I might have to make a trip to the coin shop soon to get a few.

The 1863 and up are proofs. I put this set together in the mid 90's.

Wow Jaobler! So that's an 1873?! One of only 600 minted. I can't even find a value for it! How did you acquire it?

Ah, I hate to kick the Three Cent Nickel series off with one of my less attractive Three Cent pieces, but let's get it started anyways... I'll be contributing daily to this thread (and it is the 4th in Spain here where I'm studying abroad). Hooray for a 3CN thread!   |
