Super 1875 CC too! Wow! I am editing since I wonder now, do Twenty Cent coins often have surface issues that could be mistaken for cleaning? Scratches on the dies? Nicked up planchets? That is a planchet lamination of some kind, where a small section of the rim has split and started to peel up. PCGS did not mention this feature, just graded the coin as a no-problem PR-63.
