Curious for any feedback on the die clash possibly in the eye and forehead? My hesitation is the doubling on the face is machine doubling but I did not see shelf like marks under the camera

if acid, should the devices in IGWT and Liberty be corroded as well. The IGWT devices appear undamaged but for the surface allow issue?

The surface appears very grainy almost as if made of sand, it looks like a bad plating job but I thinks its unadulterated -- thoughts as to how this happens?

The markers for an RPM if not all present does not prevent a positive attribution, however, the positioning of the mintmark relative the devices making the date do have to be exact for a specific attribution. Also, you need to look at the issue of shelfing of the mintmark doubling suggestive of machine doubling. Are you seeing the same type of doubling on other devices, this could mean a strike doubling, not a repunched mintmark. But I am not the expert here.

Hi:

This is a normal coin or a busy one but would like to share the observations and get feedback:

1. Is there a die clash in Lincoln's neck on the obverse?
2. Also on the obverse, is there a ghosting of Lincoln's face to the right of the bust?
3. Then on reverse, in the bay, is the column to the left of Lincoln sitting doubled or is that feature within tolerance of a normal strike?

Thanks for looking...

I have one of Ray's intro level systems and would be happy to pay for this accessory, I will be using a Canon 70D with a standard 35 mm lens, or an old Canon Rebel iOS with a Pentex 35 mm lens. I can also send you some toned coins if you want to try out the color popping on the photo.

Very interested!

In addition, any insight into whether the color here is bringing this from red to RB automatically, or can red wheats with toning still get a RD classification on a case by case basis. If yes to the latter point, any pointers as to what is sufficient for wheat cent with toning to get a red designation?
