The second scan is the medium. Check the 2 and the last 9 and you can see the 9 its a bit higher.

-This is how I determine high 9 vs low 9... I make one imaginary line from the top of the last 9 to the 1... if the (2) comes into contact with the line it's a low nine and if the 2 is below the line it's a high nine.. I also will make an imaginary line from the bottom of the 1 to the bottom of the two... If the second 9 is significantly lower than the line it's a low nine and if the second 9 is sitting on the line it's a high nine..  |

If you see a true high 9 than it is very different than the rest.You are talking about a medium high 9. Here is a scan of my coin.  |

All I was doing was using the pictures from coins&canada and showing how I determine a high nine versus a low nine...
I haven't heard of medium high 9 ... until you brought it up...not saying it's not a term... just one I haven't heard of before...
I certainly wasn't talking about a "medium high 9" as I never knew such a catagory existed before... I was only talking about how to identify the placement of the 9..
