You know its funny what the game does to people. My grandmother who is German is a very nice and giving person, during the last game when the score was 7-1 she cheered for the other team after goal #2 lol.

i love soccer it makes me mad,happy,sad,and overall brings us all together in a way that nothing else can not even religion,soccer has no boundaries everyone is welcomed to play.....remembering that there is good and bad and ugly with everything, in this sport the good outweighs everything else,respect..............

I thought you said the deadline to pick was before the quarterfinals not the day before the finals when you already knew who it was ? Ha .....ha.... Granted the contest was just for fun, with nice but invaluable coins as a prize. But a poorly run contest, with ill defined rules that were not adhered too and then changed at the last minute. A good example of " what not to do " for any member considering a contest of their own.  Edited by denco7

with all respect to denco7,,he contest was not changed it was over,and no one had it right... I then continue giving everyone another chance obviously you didn't follow the score,i changed for the last game only...you sound like a sore loser to me ............cheers,,as far as a prize what does it matter if its valuable or not its the giving that counts,,,
