Hi,
If it's not too late I would love one of your coins to add to my world coin collection. I'm new to CCF so I'm not sure if I qualify, but I thought I"d give it a shot.

Amy -  to the CCF. I did not specify a minimum post count in my rules ... so I consider your request to be 'qualified' ... and I would be pleased to send the final Turkish 1 Lira to you. Hopeful that it will be the beginning of a long-term contribution by you to the forum. Problem for you is that the CCF rules specify a minimum number of qualified posts before you have email privileges through the forum to other members ... as a newbie with us you do not alas qualify to send me a message with your mailing address. Suggest that you hit the 'Send Note to Staff' icon at the lower right hand corner of this message and request special permission to send me your mailing address - please do not share any personally identifying information in this public forum! ------------ Update on the free Lira giveaway - Five Turkish 1 Lira have been mailed ... Amy's request above if successful will close the giveaway. Coins have been sent to jay4202472000, Francium8787, Groszy, f16 and mcshilling. I continue to wish you can receive the final coin ... but need to move on and close this giveaway.
Unless I receive your mailing address by PM by tomorrow at this time I will post that the final Turkish Lira is available to the next eligible member.

If Amy is not able to receive the last Lira coin, I would be interested in it, my dad collected coins from all over the world while in the navy and it would go great with other coins from Turkey! Thank you very much for doing this. And again, only if Amy is unable to receive it.

Thanks to tremendous support from the CCF Mod Dudes - new member Amy and I have exchanged email messages and the final Turkish Lira will be sent to the address provided.
I found a 7th Lira laying around ... and that coins is on it's way to Mister Kairu - extending my giveaway by one coin but hopefully well received.
Polite reminder that all 7 recipients have been requested to reply to this thread with acknowledgment that the free coins have been received.

I too received the Lira today! Thank you very much for your generosity NS! It is a very nice coin for my middle-eastern collection! Don't have barely any current ones so it definitely stands out in a good way. :D
