CONTEST IS OFFICIALLY OVER! Well, it seems all who've desired to have given this latest adventure a try, have done so. The answers are all in and compiled. Sneaky wasn't I? Seems all but one missed question #14. It is found in John Wexler's site under the making of dies. It is called a "lathe reduction error", caused by the process of copying the design from the large artists rendition (Galvano)to the actual master die. Would have taken some real reading TO FIND THIS ONE! Most all the others were from Mike Diamond's http://www.error-ref.com, it wasn't THAT hard! Here's the answers and the (8) courageous contestants scores. Congratulations to the top three finishers: 1st Place: Spruett001 Second Place: Mrzllellyn Third Place: Buckwill311 Well done all! Winners PM me your addresses, prizes will go out on Monday!

Thanks all for playing and to those just observing. I sincerely hope you have learned a teeny bit even. I believe it is very importantant to be able to recognize a real error coin from a faked or naturally produced one. The labeling further defines these true errors. The more you know about the genuine article, the easier it becomes to spot the fakes. Works that way in life too. Everyone have a great day!

It works in life, too. Where are my prizes?! It's already been an entire day! Congrats, again, to the other winners.
