You might be able to buff out the scratches on the holder yourself, with PlastX or a similar agent. It's done very well for me -- if not "perfect", it will at least be far less distracting.

I can't submit to CAC but I might have a dealer send it in at EAC convention next year or maybe TNA if not at EAC.
Going to try the holder polish suggestion above first.
