It reminds me that little strip of metal after opening a can of sardines by rolling the metal back with the little "key".

This is a VERY RARE one of a kind find and I don't think one like it will EVER be found. It is a FULL RED coin my scope makes shiny coins a lil darker when I take a picture. Just out of QURIOSITY What do ya think it would sell for IF I was to put it up for sale?

Not sure of the error value but depending on its grade this is what PCGS lists 1955-s-rd on their pop. Charts.

I think this should bring a fair value considering lamination errors are popular and extremely difficult to find in BU. Your example is also still attached, which I believe will be more desirable as well. Best of luck with the submission!
