Better From the pics you have provided though, it appears to be either a strike through or a lamination.

To me, at least, the images are not large enough to interpret clearly. To accomplish this, make the close-up area smaller.

retained lamination. Condition wise, I'd put this at barely G04. Might carry a small premium to someone that collects Lamination errors. Value: maybe $15-$20

I was able to get a new scope and managed to get closer pictures, please let me know if the lam still stands on this one.

Lamination 100%. Some people collect them and you might get a small premium over book value.
