Details look 65. Color to me looks really off and not seeing hints of luster.

I agree with everyone else: MS-65. Might be worthwhile to get a green bean.

Looks like a proof to me. The rim seems poorly defined at 2:00 on the reverse; don't know if that is an indication that it's not a proof, but I'm opining PF-64BN as the NGC grade.
A possible fingerprint remnant and faint hairlines in the obverse field are perhaps enough to keep it from a 65 grade.
Nice coin!

Just in before the reveal I hope - anyways I haven't seen a post reveal yet so, I'm at MS64BN I can see PCGS going higher too, even MS65BN
