I'll go MS65 PL. TPG probably graded MS66+ PL but I don't see it too many hits. Probably over graded.

breast is a little weak for an 80(S). luster looking pretty good. I'm not seeing any major breaks unless its along the jaw line and is shadowing by the light. surface preservation is pretty good with just a few minor abrasions and I dont see any reason to not grade this one MS65. the only thing thats keeping short of 66 is the reverse strike.

Sorry to bring this off topic.
chafemasterj- The messages should go to my email, correct? I see the settings are set so I receive messages, but I still don't get emails. Am I missing something?

Ignore that. A simple mistake on my part. It was in the "spam" folder!

Ha... Eye appeal grade strikes me as MS-65, holder might say MS-63 perhaps, but I will throw in a monkey wrench and say actual grade is AU-58+ based on what looks like hints of rub/flatness on the highest hair points unless that is how a Morgans hair detail looks like on an uncirculated coin.

67. If it's surprising, it must be real high.

Nothing gets past you guys! Still, it's way over-graded, if you ask me:

A lot of 'forgiveness' by the NGC grader - but still a very nice coin

I'm late to the party, but it looks spot on to me. My first take was obverse MS-65+/MS-66, reverse solid MS-67. That would net to MS-66/MS-66+. The devices are largely free from contact marks.
