EF-48 With an in-home conservation . Acetone soak 24 hours then a couple of applications of Verdi-Care with Q-tips, tooth picks or porcupine quills . Should come out fairly nice .

I would say vf35-maybe xf40. Cant see much of the diamonds. I find this to be really helpful, https://www.PCGS.com/photograde. Are you curious or going to actually have it slabbed?

I think EF45 sounds about right.

Guessing a lot of that gunk will come free with just an acetone soak, a Q-tip and a wood toothpick. Do this before trying Verdi-care.

If you look at where the lower hair curl meets the ribbon, there is no separation. That excludes this from grading XF. I give it a VF+ with some ED which may be treated with acetone.

Sharper close-ups would help, but I'd not grade this less than EF-40.

XF40, might squeeze by at XF45. Agree with the others, acetone soak first, followed by xylene. May or may not need Verdicare.

I gave it XF45. I wonder if a tired die reduced separation between the devices.

i like it at XF45 also. I agree acetone and hold on verdicare at this time. it would most likely clean it up but it tends to dull the coin a little and any minor scratches would stand out

24hr Acetone bath, cotton swab wipe. What would be the next step? I have some Verdi-Care.

Xylene would be my next step personally before trying Verdicare.
