There is a die clash on the obverse, the horizontal line by 19 and maybe column marks behind and in front of head?

maybe, but with all the damage and contact marks - we would need better images to know for sure. (close ups)

I am 99% certain the horizontal line by 19 is part of a die clash.

Hey fellas, I just now seen your request for close ups. I have a couple things I need to get done this morning real quick then I will take a couple for you as soon as possible. @ Dearborn I apologize for asking but what do you mean by an overlay exactly?

An over lay is something some of our folks can do - they superimpose the two sides of a coin. Then we can see where the die clashes are expected to be. It is a trick they do with image software (something I've yet to learn to do well)

There is a web site dedicated to clashes that I just remembered about - https://www.maddieclashes.com/
so let me see if I can find an appropriate image close to yours for an overlay.

So if you can get a nice close up of the date area like the one just above - that would be great..

(I still think that the horizontal line by the '19' is a hit, but we'll see.)

Looks more like a hit at the "19" instead of a clash.

I got to looking at it a little more and idk if I am just seeing things or not but I kind of see a faint horizontal line that I have marked out. Can anyone else see what I am seeing?

Nice thin planchet. In order for the clash to be seen on the devices [ across the shoulder] it would have to be a very hard clash of the dies.
