Nothing here yet in SoCal, not surprising seeing all of the posts on social media sites as others have mentioned. hopefully, they will start showing up out here soon. I won't be making another trip out to Summerlin/Vegas/Henderson for another month and a half or so.
CRH Nickeloholic. 1,600,000 nickels searched in eight years! Have found FOUR complete Jefferson sets!

Here in NE I went to two banks. The young tellers didn't know the mint released new coin designs this year for the 250th and they didn't think they had any.

Thank you all, interesting results from across the country. Seems like I was right to be skeptical of seeing them by the Fourth. I received another ordered box yesterday, all new Revolutionary War coins again. Hopefully next week the Declaration ones will get here.

Remember the W quarters? Here's a link that mentioned the drop points, which would be the same for these new privy quarters (second post by BigKingdom, CoinWorld article) https://goccf.com/t/347301Someone mentioned Quote: There's another seller from West Jefferson, NC Check the map and see how far away from a drop point. All others if you're quite a distance away from a drop point might be awhile before These Jefferson quarters show up in your area. Good luck with the hunt.

You might be right, GreasyFingers. In Cincinnati I have yet to even see a Declaration of Independence quarter. My two boxes that came in this week were another box of uniformly 2026 Revolutionary War coins and a box of recirculated coins.
Sooner of later one would think these would show up in major metro areas near the drop points.

Quote: I have yet to even see a Declaration of Independence quarter same here in key west. I'm not worried, they'll start showing up eventually. i'll watch for those privy quarters, but I'm not getting my hopes up. they don't really thrill me, but i'll watch for them anyway.

I have been getting boxes of quarters for weeks. Searched through probably 8 or so. I did get a solid box of Jefferson Denver quarters. I was pretty excited but it yielded no privy marked quarters. I have found 6 West points during this time though, and no silver.

I just finished my first box of quarters and I'm about halfway through the second box. I've found 6 Liberty Bell quarters but none with the famous date. They are out there, somewhere, just not in my boxes. Yet.

Interesting results, thank you all for reporting. I have heard (unconfirmed) rumors that Denver boxes lack marked coins.
In Cincinnati I still have yet to see any Declaration of Independence quarters. Tellers I know who are coin-savvy have likewise not seen any.
I did stop getting solid boxes of Revolutionary War quarters, but the two boxes I ordered last week were both recirculated coins. I suppose I will order two more for next week and see what I get.

i was just looking on ebay for those July 4th privy marked quarters, mostly because I wasn't sure what they looked like, but now I know. $200 for a quarter? hard pass, so i'll just wait n see if one comes my way via the streets or in my change from somewhere.
