I displayed an exhibit of elongated coins last month at the 2026 ANA World's Fair of Money. It didn't win any ribbons, but I thought I'd share it here. Since the WFOM was in Pittsburgh, PA, I displayed all the known elongated designs from Allegheny County listed in the " Yesterday's Elongateds" catalog. Ironically, they were all dated 1910-1911. Beside each elongated cent, I added a postcard depicting the subject/event of the coin and a close-up photograph of the coin.
