I just got a group of higher grade circ. Buffaloes and was thrilled to find this in the lot. Apparently severe die clashing and subsequent polishing have wiped out most of the designers initial and the 3rd feather. I would attribute this as FS-016.3 although it is the weak initial variety. I would also consider it to be a 2 1/2 feather variety but this is not mentioned in the
CherryPickers Guide. The loss of detail from polishing makes it look like a VF-XF coin but it is really an AU perhaps even a 53 or 55.
