My first rotated die! But I do have a question. The die itself is rotated about 25% ccw, but the front has either a die shift (the beads don't show any sign of a shift), or a doubled die on the legend and queen (especially her nose and forehead).

Can someone clarify which one it is, how much a rotation, and maybe a quess on what the value of something like this is? I like to keep them for later, but still like to know if it's for the "special" folder. Here's a few pictures.
