I'm sorry, but your coin seems to have been polished. Because of this I can't really give you a meaningful grade/value.

Looks like VF-35, maybe EF-40 details. It has been heavily polished. Its value may be around $50 or so.

Did the seller/dealer mention that it was polished and priced it according to its condition? If not, you should request a refund if you paid full VF-35 money for it.
