yes I've seen that before a couple of times I saw an exact one on this forum too! I belive its a royal trust coin set (a banking institution) that cave these out if you created a account, they are not worth too much but 1967 may be worth a bit more... around $30

EDIT: after reviewing the coins, the grading may be less because of spotting so I would say its not even worth $30 but it is a great piece of history
