I notice they dont even show the reverse so that you can clearly see its not FBL, I bought one for 25$ and when I got it I had to laugh, Bell lines were barely visible, far less full, the slab looked like it had been hacksawed out of a sheet of cheap plastic, I was able to crack it with my fingernails... I noticed a lot of these coins springing up on other ebay sites (UK and DE) so they may be expanding into other markets
I sent the seller a message basically telling her that comparing PCGS values to a GCC "graded" coin is the same as using Mercedes values to sell a VW Beetle. I also told her that misleading people this way is very dishonest and that her auctions are being discussed on a numismatic forum (and not favorably).
I sent this seller a note also to let her know that she has been reported on the coin forums. Don't know what good it will do but she may get the idea.
On a lighter note...I was scrolling down "Martha's" feedback and noticed that one of her customers is....Dr. Philatelist.....Now, we all know what "coin doctor" does for a living! I wonder what Dr. Philatelist does...Actually, he may be a totally legitimate Dr. Who collects stamps, it just struck me as funny!
oops, sorry. Just realized I should have said he or SHE may be a totally legitimate doctor. Just call me Dr. Chauvinist! (does anyone use that term anymore?)
