2015 Shield Penny Error Or What - Coin Community Forum

tdavis363 New Member United States 4 Posts	Posted 05/26/2015 1:37 pm Hello My Name is Tim I am a first time user of this forum. I got a new roll of 2015 Penny's today. I was going through them when I noticed something weird so I got out my microscope to get a closer look its looks like half a circle on the shield I ended up finding this on 4 coins out of the 50 exact same spot what do you guys think is this a error or what Thanks Report this Post to the Staff

From my limited experience, I think you may have found mint-produced examples. I am hesitant to call it an "error", but the fact that you found four with the same issue is certainly suspicious.
