just got a UC 1983 cent with a much smaller Y in LIBERTY... ALSO ROTATED DIE ABOUT 45 DEGREES..several small die cracks on reverse any info ?

to CCF. Pics front and back please. Also weight. The Y is most likely from an over polished die. The die cracks are common. The rotation sounds interesting.
