Im wondering if this is a broadstrike, I know it is in terrible shape, but I would like opinions on the diagonal lines on obverse only? Thanks in advance.

Looks like it had a rough life after it left the mint. Post mint damage of some type that crushed it and left that pattern. Not a broadstrike
