The Silver Queen is 15-ft. tall and 8-ft. wide, a ceiling-touching painting of a lady in an evening gown decorated with 3,261 "Morgan" silver dollars minted in Carson City (in what is now the Nevada State Museum). Her belt is fashioned from 28 twenty-dollar gold pieces, and her choker and bracelets are made from dimes. Visitors pose at the base of the Silver Queen, and kids count the coins. -

I've seen this picture before. "Minted in Carson City"? Is that accurate? I just always assumed they were all 1921s.. these are CC?

I have been to Virginia city--but I didn't visit this hotel... my friend was there recently and took this.. if they are CC's.. she is worth ALOT!!

Looking at Cascade's old post, I see Peace dollars and 1921 Morgans. I doubt that they are all CC's.
