Looks Roman ,prob a Antoninianus,late 3rd century,I could only guess at who it is I'm afraid

Your coin is a late Roman Antonininus of what appears to be the the emperor Carausius 286-283 AD. I wish the obverse was in just a little better condition to say for sure though.
