So I just won this on ebay a few minutes ago , it looks like the letters in states may not be as worn as much as it is the angel of the photo ...
Full rims on both sides , so I was thinking F12 ...
Looking at Fine-12 & 15 coins in NGC holders a bit ago I seen a few of each that look similar ..
So what do you guys think ?

Unfortunately, I have to agree.

But from those goodness-awful photos, it's pretty tough to tell.

Well guys I took a chance for 16 bucks , so it won't be to bad a lose ...
The seller accepts returns so if it's really bad I'll just send her back ...
