It looks like one but I've seen so many fake error notes that I don't feel certain about it.

Can you get a few close-ups?

Or better, wait for an expert!

Hello, yes this is a genuine gutter fold. I do not know how this could possibly be faked. The note should be a little longer, by the width of the gutter, than any normal US currency.
