Help-Identifying-The-Indian-States-Coin

I'm guessing Hyderbad early 20th C, but that's as far as I got. It's about the size of a dime - and I think I have it upside down. Any help would be most appreciated.
thanks!

Note the tughra on the obverse, this is a dead giveaway that the coin is Ottoman.

Ah, yes, thank you very much.
A few of the Anna coins of Hyderbad have a similar tughra which is what led me there.
Nice to have this definitively identified. Thanks again.
