1945 Victory Nickel Number 2 Stamp Error?

Im just wondering if anyone has heard of a number 2 stamped in between the A and the N at the beginning of Canada, if so was this an error in the stamping?

Was it coated with something, and a piece of dust or something was trapped in between the coating and the coin?

Thats what it looks like to me.
