Hi Vince, your coin is quite normal for type.
I have a few myself with the OF I-II-III fieldmarks but I am not familiar with the branch behind.
Your coin is either from Arles or Constantinople.

I can't find the same type on the internet besides your info. Is it a scarce type?

tesorillo is not as helpful in this case as it might be. It omits parts of the exergual mint mark. For Valens RIC IX lists mark type 21a sub types xxiv and xxv with exergual marks LVGP and LVGP<dot> in addition to the OF I and frond in the fields. So the officina mark appears in two forms on each coin. Unfortunately the missing details are effaced on your coin, so nailing it down completely is not possible. But for what is there, you have RIC IX Lugdunum 21a with either of the two above as the subtype. All are rated "common," but remember that the RIC rarity ratings specifically refer to the frequencies encountered in the reference collections the authors referenced. They are not per se market estimates, though they are often used that way (to hype material). Remember too that RIC IX was first printed in 1933, and what comes later are merely reprints.
