GR58 -- It's possible that the box you found that is similar might be the closest you ever get to finding it's age. Your box looks -- to my still untrained eye -- to be made by a craftsman rather than factory produced. Report this Post to the Staff

Also .. not a mass production box. I have a guy that will work on the latches. I just have to find some brass stock. Maybe threaded with a brass acorn nut. He will match the brass rivets.
