1922 No D Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC Real Or Fake?

I've looked at the different dies and I don't think it matches #2, and definitely not the others. So that makes me think its had the mint mark removed, but its well circulated now and I can't tell. Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 06/17/2017 7:54 pm dw71, This appears to be a defaced 1922D. I would venture to say it is a "Die pair #3, weak D, EDS". Because L of liberty is up on rim, O of ONE hasn't deteriorated yet but does have the weak reverse. It also could be an EDS of Pair #1. Someone tried to remove what was the D. Note in this pix where D does show up and the larger area that has been "dug out". It is NOT a 1922 PLAIN, No D of die pair #2 and since it is damaged is not any other "No D" as listed on this link:http://www.lincolncentresource.com/...rieties.html Report this Post to the Staff
