Just like spraying some varnish over them to keep them conserved. And then use glue or double sided tape to stick them in the collection, of course... Fortunately, not anymore, though. For the grade, I think a VF+ would be feasible. The lion already has quite a bit of wear and so do the top leafs, so it won't make XF or above anymore. But a good VF it surely can get!
