I think the photos are ok, maybe just a different angle.

Photos would be better if 1) the coin were removed from the 2X2, and 2) if the camera were directly above the coin, rather than angled.
Nevertheless, they are sharp enough for a grade estimate.
This looks mint state, with obvious hairline scratches in the obverse field plus other hits. Max grade of MS-62, not worth certification.

Remove from 2x2 and take new pics. Hard to grade from these imo.
