This is not an RMP but it does appear that the mint mark is stamped over something. Opinions?

Zinc rot is forming. Eventually that part will rot and probably fall off.

Zinc rot is forming. That's a minus for the coin and is Post Strike Damage ( PSD). It's a spender unfortunately.
