Looks to be AU58, a faint bit of circulation rub on the cheek, tail feathers and shield.. Not very much value above its melt price of $2.50 or so but this does not mean it's not a nice coin :)

Worth silver melt, those gotta be either an error coin or top MS to be really worth a lot.

I agree with Frog, larger photos straight on. The coin could be either AU-58 or MS-63, can't tell.
