If CAC had a black sticker for overgraded coins this one would be a candidate. Is this the Top Pop at NGC with none finer?

A black bean would never stay on any slab were it ever made. I agree as well it is overgraded as I don't like luster breaks on higher grade coins.

Aaaand this is why I try to stick to PCGS trueview coins or well photographed coins when buying online...rediculous.
