1944 Penny - Double Clip/Error Or Just PMD

Need help determining if this guy is a double clip, some other error or just PMD. Looks good for his age, I don't see an obvious hit taken on the rim. Too bad it wasn't give a home years ago when it still looked great. Probably end up in a drawer in someones house for most of its life. Report this Post to the Staff
