JohnWayne007 Pillar of the Community Canada 1186 Posts	Posted 04/12/2021 1:50 pm PMD, the large scratch around the rim from a rolling machine indicates that the coin was in circulation at one point. Also, white paint was not used for the 2011 coloured quarters so most likely a drop of paint was added during circulation, no added value over face IMO.
