@coin, first welcome to CCF. Second, if this coin was clad, then I'd tell you that we sometimes see this on coins exposed to high heat. For a solid silver alloy, I'm not sure if the same thing might happen.

What is the weight? Have you checked to make sure it is silver?

My guess it's an air bubble trapped in a cast fake.

If not a fake then yeah - a heat bubble - maybe someone trying to make an "Error" in his garage. Definitely an impacted wisdom tooth - LOL!
