is this DDO DDR or machine? the split in lips ? anything I should know ? I am learning and find myself thinking this has to be error to find out machine or age. and what I see from others is DDO or DDR and I dont see it. so please anything I should know you see

Not a doubled die, but more of an issue of die wear on both sides of the coin. The circulation issue is also present as well. So not a premium for this coin.
